I’ve stayed with this hotel chain before and always had good experiences, but unfortunately, this location was a huge disappointment. The property is dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. There’s no room service, and the entrance area is littered with cigarette butts and smells awful. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t trust the photos—they are very misleading. Make sure to read the recent reviews before booking, because this hotel is nothing like what’s advertised.

Roaches. Smelled terrible. Management doesn’t call back

Very few amenities
Whenever sleep there me and my family have to leave because it was so nasty so I will be ne my refund I cancel everything once we leave from the hotel the desk guy said he send the refund to the app

El hotel se siente muy inseguro , un fuerte olor a marihuana en todo el hotel incluyendo hasta en las habitaciones, las condiciones de las habitaciones son precarias , las camas en muy mal estado , poca higiene en los baños y sus alfombras sucias y en muy mal estado , NO LO RECOMIENDO ES LA PEOR OPCIÓN..
