Trust your instinct... Pick another place Checked in very late due to a missed connection at O'Hare. The only reason I did not leave and request my money back was that this was my one option to get 3 hours of sleep at that point. Trust your instincts, this place is disgusting. It was dirty and smelled terrible. Fresh blood stains on carpet and parts of the kitchen had not been cleaned in a while... Or ever. Front desk was nice and polite which is pretty much the only good part of my stay.

Dirty, it says “breakfast included” but in reality I wouldn’t call that a breakfast at all, noisy and smelly

The room was dirty (actual garbage on the floor), smelled bad, and was in very poor condition. The whole place is sorely in need of some upkeep and the continental breakfast was a joke. My standards are not high…a clean room and a fresh cup of coffee in the morning is all I required on this trip, but I will not be staying here again.

Rough people all around,noisy and no one was around at front desk for hours when needed help and no pts for kitchen to use

Won’t recommend Seriously dusty and no hot water or hair dryer for cold weather. When complained, the receptionist was extremely rude tell us that the maintenance will arrive once they are done fixing some thing else complained in an other room. The maintenance that arrived acknowledged that this was the second time someone complained about hot water issue on our floor.
