Not what I expected from an Extended Stay The room did not have any dishes, utensils, or a coffee maker provided. The hotel is in need of a re-haul. The room was sub-par. They only provided coffee in the lobby from 6:15-9:30am. The hotel staff was hardly ever behind the desk, and when they did come out, most of them were rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. I do not recommend this hotel.

Terrible service No friendly staff, felt not welcome, didn't explain any of the perks included with the stay such as breakfast time, check out time etc...

Never again! Key words: second hand smoking, hair everywhere, front desk agent was MIA for a long period of time, counters were filthy.

Where is the vacuum??? We stayed in room 121. I challenge anyone with any authority to step into that room and take a look. The dirt and dust was thick. The only reason I didn't do anything about it was it was very late at night when we got there and we where tired. Like really, the hall ways along the walls had thick dust. At least there was no bed bugs.

Hotel was such a bad experience...i will never recommend anyone ...its so dirty and so smelly...towels still have hairs from old people stayed in there

A Smokers' Paradise A Smoker's Paradise! As we walked in, the lobby reeked of stale cigarette smoke, as did the corridors. The room was called s smoking room, but didn't smell like smoke, thankfully. Granted, this was a last minute and rushed reservation, so the choice may be partially my fault. In the room, the hard floors were dirty and there was calcium/lime deposits on the faucets and dirty water spots in the sink. Couldn't stand the room Checked out early Probably the worst hotel I have stayed at, we checked out earlier. Numerous electrical outlets did not work, kitchen? area, was dirty. ZERO amenities. Utulizing the term breakfast, is misleading, more like coffee and a muffin, that was all that was offered. Entire hotel is in need of updating and cleaning.
