Halloween getaway it was very comfortable
Not all roads lead to Rome. Asked for handicapped....did not get it. Shower curtain kept sliding away from the wall and flooded the floor with water, which i cleaned up because i did not want to slip. The plastic cups in the kitchen service order were not only still dirty, they were stinky. I could not seperate the small cereal bowls....probably because they were also dirty & stuck together. Not the greatest but not the worst. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Althought it was the first hotel that I sayed at that did not have ice.
Chicago Nice access to main roads, good local resturants
Midwest Hospitality The staff is amazing. They set up my cab for a red eye flight. When my phone didn't wake me up, a staff member came to my room to wake me up plus hold my cab. Had my receipt ready as I came down and all.

Convenient and Clean I stayed here on my wedding weekend. I had never been here before and I really liked the hotel room layout. The pillows and hand soap weren't my favorite, but there were plenty of towels, room, and loved the kitchenette. The staff was friendly so that's a plus. Overall I'd say it was a decent hotel and I have no complaints about it.
