Great Room, Location, Price, Cleanliness The only problem I found with the room is that I requested and booked a smoking room, and it was a great deal breaker with other hotels not offering such. When I checked in my room had a no smoking sign. I was advised they did not have a smoking room. It was very cold outside. Was in walking distance of everything, no need for a car.

Great room for the money Room was great...wish we had stayed longer to make use of the kitchen and all. We only slept and woke up early in the morning to go shopping.

Good stay It was good. Overall I liked the cleanliness of the room and it was very a very convenient location for my business. The biggest downer was the matress was stained on one side fairly bad. Get rid of that matress it's not comforting at all. I alway got a smile from the staff, they were very nice.

Overall good but... Being in the housekeeping business I found the facility overall clean, but many of the details were not being done well. Such as: Elevator tracks & cab dirty. Wall marks. Strip from carpter to hard floor in room. Restroom floor not swept well. Outside evening smokers mess in the AM. (left about 7:45A). Outside smokers fumes not pleasant being sucked in via A/C. Short stay, but still great. The room was large and spacious for the lowest cost at the hotel. the in room amenities are nice, full size fridge, stove, full set of dishware and cutlery. Had a nice large kitchen bar for dining and work. TV channels were a little sparce but didn't watch that much anyways. Location is within reasonable walking distance of both Gurnee Mills Mall and Six Flags Great America.

Never again Our stay was horrible this is not a hotel at all it low income houseing the room smelled horrible and very dusty everything had stains the fridge was yellow everything was just gross people were loud and fighting all night

We left and refused to sleep there. The room smelled, the window was broken, a lamp was broken, and the toilet wouldn't flush.

In severe need of repair. All of the furniture is chipped/cracked and most of the drawers, cabinets, bathroom mirrors were broken. Shower fixtures are cracked. Cracks are “sealed” with heavy and messy caulking. The hotel attracts a clientele that plays loud music from their cars. The staff are disinterested in checking people in/out. There are no amenities (shampoo, etc) aside from one bar of soap. They make you sign an agreement not to provide alcohol to minors or to traffic humans, making you feel that you are in the wrong... read more
