Needs Improvement Our bathroom was not stocked with the proper amounts of toiletries (i.e. we did not receive an extra roll of toilet paper, and the roll we were given had almost been completely used). And at check-in, we were given the key to a room that was already being occupied. We ended up walking in the room and scaring the couple taht was in there.

needs improvement I was asked to pay extra 3 bucks each time i wanted new linen. Isn't that included in the price I payed for the room? Unbelievable. Its not that 3 bucks is a lot, but its the principle.

Great Room, Location, Price, Cleanliness The only problem I found with the room is that I requested and booked a smoking room, and it was a great deal breaker with other hotels not offering such. When I checked in my room had a no smoking sign. I was advised they did not have a smoking room. It was very cold outside. Was in walking distance of everything, no need for a car.

Great room for the money Room was great...wish we had stayed longer to make use of the kitchen and all. We only slept and woke up early in the morning to go shopping.

Good stay It was good. Overall I liked the cleanliness of the room and it was very a very convenient location for my business. The biggest downer was the matress was stained on one side fairly bad. Get rid of that matress it's not comforting at all. I alway got a smile from the staff, they were very nice.

Overall good but... Being in the housekeeping business I found the facility overall clean, but many of the details were not being done well. Such as: Elevator tracks & cab dirty. Wall marks. Strip from carpter to hard floor in room. Restroom floor not swept well. Outside evening smokers mess in the AM. (left about 7:45A). Outside smokers fumes not pleasant being sucked in via A/C. Short stay, but still great. The room was large and spacious for the lowest cost at the hotel. the in room amenities are nice, full size fridge, stove, full set of dishware and cutlery. Had a nice large kitchen bar for dining and work. TV channels were a little sparce but didn't watch that much anyways. Location is within reasonable walking distance of both Gurnee Mills Mall and Six Flags Great America.

Th lady at the front desk was rude and inconsiderate. When I finally said something back after two days, she lied and told us there was no more room and we had to leave. I called the corporate booking number and also went on the website and there were over 20 rooms available. I called back down to the front desk and told the manager. The manager then lied and said there was a complaint. When I asked why the complaint was, she told me I did not have a right to know, but I had to leave.
