I was put in a room with a broken toilet twice.

The front office person did not have our reservation and the hotel was overbooked. After driving by car across the country and being late at night, we went across the street and got a room there.

Gross Room was very old and looked nasty. There were stains on the carpet, no electrical outlet in between the beds, the elevator was very dirty also. When bringing items to my car on check out date there were two ladies at the front desk stating they saw and had a picture of a bed bug they found and killed. They wanted their money back. The lady then met up with me in the elevator and showed me the picture - sure enough was a bed bug that they put right on the hotel information sheet as proof. I want my money back too!!

Inaccurate website description. Room was showing "available" on hotels.com website but there were none after being there at the hotel. I couldn't find other motels as all of them were occupied. Had really tough time finding a motel in the night at 12.

This property is more of a temporary housing then a hotel. There are piles of garbage by the garbage can inside the back door as you went out to your car. We asked for clean towels the second thing never got them. If you just want hotels for a few nights I would suggest somewhere else.

They did not have a reservation and no room available fighting with Expedia

Unimpressed Room next door had people (sounded like adults and children) banging and screaming. Called the front desk just after 9 pm and they said they would “check it out” but quiet hours aren’t until 10 pm. Ok, fine. The screaming and banging continued until well after midnight and no one cared. Except me because obviously I couldn’t sleep with people banging on the wall by my head.
