Decent Hotel. Needs a designated smoking area. It's a decent place to stay and you get what you pay for. Considering you get a kitchen, it's good for a longer stay and if you need access to prepare your own food as my family does. It's a non-smoking hotel but both hotel employees and guests smoke right in front of the entrance and the elevators REEK of cigarette smoke. The area is very convenient to the highways and Schaumburg/Woodfield.

Good value While the value, facility, and amenities were excellent, as always, it was difficult to get service after hours and there seemed to be a communication barrier with the front desk clerk at arrival and during my stay.
