Good value While the value, facility, and amenities were excellent, as always, it was difficult to get service after hours and there seemed to be a communication barrier with the front desk clerk at arrival and during my stay.

The floor material on the 2nd floor makes quite noisy sound during the night because the quality ant the installation were poor

Offer breakfast and it was granola bars(1) in each bag and oatmeal. No real cream only containers for coffee . No fruit today. Tv small. Plug in kitchen not working. Ok but not as nice as Best Western in St. Charles Il
