Hotel Staff laughed at me. Whether it's the A/C or Microwave or not enough towels, or the room has never been cleaned, getting laughed at by Hotel Staff, not my idea of customer service.

Just ok Stove was dirty, no fan in bathroom for steam, would I’d been nice if there was a pool, maybe a smoking area for those that smoked, so they would not block front entrance.

Clean but not smoke free. The property condition is better than most ESA hotels I have stayed in before. My only complaint is there were always people standing by the front door smoking. There was a sign posted “No Smoking within 100 feet building entrance”. I was finally going to to complain to the desk clerk but he was out there too. Most cities have an ordnance if a minimum of 25 feet and it was usually the same people every day, always within 10 feet of the door. A Bit Disturbed It was a nice stay but a little disturbing to pull up after a night out with the local law enforcement on the premises at 1:30 am. The second annoying thing was check is a 11:00 am but a staff member knocked on the door before 9:00 am to inform us of check out time!
