Comfortable rooms make up for the noticeable areas of the hotel that are in need of repair, some apparently neglected. Customer service was disappointing, as the desk was left unattended on several occasions in the short one day of my visit

Night manager, old guy, did not bring me the kitchenware as stipulated in the room agreement, I had to come down and fetch it myself, and then go back to take the large plastic bin to him. Rather lazy. Breakfast coffee so terrible I only had it once and had my own breakfast and coffee in my room. Rest of staff were. Especially Amanda ! O
