It was ok. I was disappointed there was no ice machine that I could find.

Really needed a roll away and this was not available online made it sound like there was breakfast available and it was granola bars. We had an infant who wasn’t adjusting to traveling well and was up and screaming and the gentleman at the front desk called our room twice not exactly helping in trying to calm our infant. We also had to check in late unexpectedly and was made to feel as it was an inconvenience. Next time we should call we were told. Not easy to do when I was on the road.

Nasty The room smelled horrible. We had to purchase a candle & open the window to mask the odor. The “wooden” floors were sticky. The remote was sticky. We were able to receive a new one from the front desk. The tub drain was very slow. Our feet drowned in water from the shower. The front desk was nice to my husband & I but when we came in through a back door entrance we can hear the staff speaking badly of other guest. This property is very convenient for visiting family. But, the service has declined in the last few years. The front desk staff is never available. There are never towels when you need them. The are also aesthetic issues. I had a door that I literally had to body slam to open.

We were pleasantly surprised. We got an earlier check-in. The room was clean and had convienences for an extended stay even though we only staid one night.

This hotel provided what I needed when flights were cancelled at ORD, somewhere to lay my head. It could be a splendid place with a little more attention to the finer points. "Breakfast" only provided starches, drapes sagged at the edges letting in light, door locks were hard to open...
