Attractive at first, but wasn't all that convenient. Have to pay for parking, Everything is a la carte. Sewer backed up into the shower. Beds were comfortable and the black out curtains were effective.

Clean and Safe but that's it. Barebones does not describe it. Two bath towels, I hand towel and 1 wash cloths. No shamppo I bar of soap. No bath matt. Bath room was clean and tiddy but that was it. One roll of toilet paper, no Ice bucket no water glasses at all. This was an extended stay hotel right but there was not dish ware or pots or pans to do any cooking what so ever. Breakfast Ha Coffee and muffins I have been at Holiday Express Inns that have had a better layout than this place.

Staff at this location was exceptional. If it weren’t for the fact that the system went down as we were checking in, I would give 5 stars. The wait to check-in was over 30 minutes being someone was ahead of me as well. Overall, the stay was great. Not one bad thing to say about this location.

Racist front desk The manager on duty, Hasan, checked us into a room smaller than the one we booked. When I called down to explain the mistake to him & insisted to even come down to show him, he was very short with me & told me I was wrong & that they didn’t have any larger rooms available anyway. I went to the front desk to show proof of the room we booked & requested a refund for the difference through Expedia since he claimed they didn’t have a bigger room. The service wasnt as well as i figured. Had to basically beg for towels. And no real breakfast. Hard to find any help
