for the price it was good, room could of been cleaner. But overall it was ok. Staff was very friendly and I was happy that the third floor was still smoking. It's hard to find a hotel that you can still smoke in seeing that both me and my boyfriend are smokers.

Mostly Good A guest in the room next to ours was cooking in their room using Curry to season their food. A LOT OF CURRY. This caused an extremely unpleasant odor throughout the entire first floor wing of the hotel. Also, when it was time to check out, a staff member was not present. I dialed the operator and was told someone would be there soon. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes. No one appeared. I left without the courtesy of speaking with a clerk to ensure all was satisfactory.

Have to Do alot better They had to change my room twice 1. due to TV not working. 2 The room was never cleaned balloons everywhere dirty bed linen dirty sink. Never vaccum.

Ok for the price We basically needed a place to sleep & this hotel was perfect for that. The price I paid, pretty much what I got. The outside of the hotel is really nice but the inside needs some TLC. the room didn’t look neat. It needs some updating for sure. The lights went out on our first night & the elevator did too. A few glitches but overall like I said, we got what we paid.

Close to mall movie theater restaurant Downfall No Pool No Vending Machines no ice machines

I’ll use this location again. Nice place to stay pretty cozy. Housekeeping can use a few pointers on how to wipe down counters and other things but I had no complaints.

Overall 5 out of 10 Upon arrival no reservation on record. Booked with hotels.com. rectified after 15 minutes. Room had not been cleaned. Rectified with clean room. Comfortable bed.
