Mediocre Hotel The iron was broken and the bathroom was ugly. There was no place on site to buy small convience items such as conditioner, contact soution, or snacks. Overall not a bad place to stay, but not a great place to stay either.

Had to wait for check in and bathroom was old and paint was coming off the bathtube...

Nice location Close to stores and restaurants and expressway with easy commute to doentown Chicago

Closing time We used this hotel when we were moving and had closing on two houses. Nice room but no soap! I thought all hotels kept soap in the rooms? The walls were a little thin because we could hear the other people in the halls and the doors closing. It was a decent price for this area and I could still smoke in the room which was nice. Hard to find smoking rooms anymore.

A place near the hwy. Upon arrival our keys had to be exchanged twice due to non-activation, the towels were dingy, the bathroom was a little unkempt and the bed was sunk in.

Saved money.... thats about it. Initial room assigned had someone in the room, apologized and was given new room from front desk. New room: - large red stain (like a bottle of red ink had spilled on the carpet) - No shampoos, 1 shower bar of soap. - A little mildue around the tub caulk that any good cleaning product should get rid of. - Everything in the room worked. Stayed 2 nights . on the second morning at 5:10am a fire alarm whent off. Packed my things and headed out untill all cleared by fire department (no smoke or sme... read more

The hotel had good aspects of customer service and cleanliness. But my advice is bring your own pillows the comfort level was minus. The continental breakfast was lack of experience. They offered oatmeal, but no hot water to mix it with. Only 2 of tge coffees out of 3 were filled, and muffins in a package that is it. The extended stay on 22nd offers so much more. I was very disappointed.
