Good deal All in all not bad, but the rooms could be cleaned better.
Interesting Stay Definitely a unique experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect, as the hotel is located near the mall, multiple restaurants and all of the major highways. However, the air conditioner wasn't working the first night. When I went to look for silverware and plates, which were supposed to be in the room, there were none there. would stay here again Room was very nice ,kitchenette was great but no coffee maker . Used too much Fabreze ; floors and carpet were sticky . Continental breakfast was a little skimpy but OK (at least had more than just coffee and glazed donuts ) . Very good price , would stay there again . Nice and close to Yorktown .
The room Room was slightly dirty,we saw a house keeper in the hallway and asked her if she would come in and wipe down the night stand that were all sticky with some black residue.she immediately did,her name was Evelyn,a fabulous housekeeper,kept apologizing for the housekeeper that did a crappy job cleaning,this woman was so pleasant,cheerful and sweet, all housekeepers should take lessons from her on customer service,front desk workers were not very friendly,if i could give 5 stars for Evelyn,i would.

Satisfied! It was great to stay here with my friends. We are six, so we need to a large space and pur room is enough to stay. Room is clean but the sofa bed is not comfortable. I overally satisfied with my choice.

Home-like feeling. Clean room, but messy hallway. The room was nice. It included a fridge and freezer, along with a stove, oven, and microwave. Bathroom felt like a bathroom at a house and not a hotel bathroom. Small little things of dirt here and there, but nothing major. The hallway was a different story though. From our 3pm check in until 11 am the next morning, the same dishes and crumb piles in the hallway were there. It was as if there was no housekeeping at all.
Great Management, average hotel I recently stayed there for two nights with my family. Couple of minor issues, like no hangers in the room and the iron box was kind of burnt up. But, the management quite good. I accidentally forgot a cell phone there and was able to get them to find it and they shipped it on FedEx free.. So, I think management was very responsible and I am ever so thankful for that.
