Worst experience in my life The hotel is awful, front desk staff very rude, even the manager was very rude and not supportive. The room was nasty, dirty with smoke smell, noisy fridge like old car engine, not possible to sleep at all. I was so afraid to stay there, the environment feels like gang hotel.

Rainy day lock out My family and I had a horrible experience at this extended stay location. I have been a loyal hotels.com customer and have booked at this hotel previously. To pay $150 for this hotel, I was very disappointed. Use Hotwire and book one downtown for the same price, it isn’t worth staying that close to Midway.

False Advertising. Took 15 mins to check in. No breakfast despite being advertised as such.

Do not stay here The lady at the front desk was totally rude and useless. The young man that eventually helped us out after 2 hours was super sweet and friendly. Overall the hotel smelled of smoke and who knows what else. The cleaning staff were joking around and not doing their jobs of cleaning, we watched them blab on for about an hour before they finally started cleaning rooms.

Made it so difficult to check in. Spent about 40 mins checking in, and had me call expedia when it was already all paid for. Wouldn’t recommend.
