Excellent staff
I really like the fact that the room was super clean even the ledge to the windows!! I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a tv remote control from a hotel that shines except when it’s new. Bedding is comfortable, the refrigerator, microwave stove bathroom were spotless. Customer service A . It was okay. Just wasn’t great. They put breakfast up early so we didn’t get any. The breakfast is an on the go breakfast. Very basic. Rooms were okay.
Very nice stay
No a good one The manager Chas, called someone from the back, just to check me in, when he could have done it hisself. I asked for extra towels, he gave me a hard time, but my fiance went to get some, she explained what for, all of sudden, "there are towels". The dishes werent in the room, when i went to get them, they weren't clean. No paper towels, had to wait for ice to freeze in ice trays. Vending machine been out of order for a couple weeks, no ice machine. Seen and been in much better extended stays
