Needs cleaning Lady in the front desk was nice booked us on a last minute arrival. The room needs a deep cleaning.

Hispanic lady at the front desk (RUDE) Started off a wonderful stay, the next this Hispanic lady was at the front and was rude, didn't want to answer any questions, gave attitude, think she don't black people because I here before she lady give attitude on simple questions she suppose to answer... maybe she the reason your check in are low!!! HINT HINT!! MANAGEMENT TEAM!!!
