The property was overall okay at the price point, the bed sheets were clean, the overall state of the furniture, kitchen & bathroom is worn out. I don’t think I will stay there again, the room we had was quiet it did not smell like pet food like I saw in other reviews. I appreciated the hot coffee and mini grab&go breakfast bar. I did not like the limited amenities provided nor did I like not having kitchen utensils in the kitchen. Excellent staff
I really like the fact that the room was super clean even the ledge to the windows!! I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a tv remote control from a hotel that shines except when it’s new. Bedding is comfortable, the refrigerator, microwave stove bathroom were spotless. Customer service A . No a good one The manager Chas, called someone from the back, just to check me in, when he could have done it hisself. I asked for extra towels, he gave me a hard time, but my fiance went to get some, she explained what for, all of sudden, "there are towels". The dishes werent in the room, when i went to get them, they weren't clean. No paper towels, had to wait for ice to freeze in ice trays. Vending machine been out of order for a couple weeks, no ice machine. Seen and been in much better extended stays
