Worst experience ever I booked 3 rooms all but one smelled of urine.. All the bathrooms and beds had a moldy smell.. the bathrooms had mold everywhere and in the rooms on the lamp shades.. we all are very itchy.. the rooms was not cleaned properly if ever. I’ve stayed at several extended stays this was is by far the worst.. It needs to be rehab so bad…no stars Was in town for a memorial

My room was given to random people even though I paid in full weeks before my stay and when I requested a refund like I was prompted too because the guy at the front desk felt bad and told me too, I didn’t receive any type of response or refund back. As someone who works in the leasing and renting world, do not go to this hotel because they will not honor your reservation agreements

The lady on the night shift was rude and unprofessional. Will never stay at another extended stay again due to my experience here

There was no ice trays, no ice bucket, no ice machine. There was a kitchen with no working stove, no paper towels. Limited tv channels, air conditioning didn’t work. It was the worst room I ever stayed in.

This is a residence hotel. We felt unsafe from the moment we arrived. There was no public bathroom for use in the lobby/common area. There was so much going on we couldn't sleep until around 2 am only to be awakened by screaming and fighting in the hallway outside our door around 4 am. Will never stay there again.

I went into my room and turned right back around and booked at another hotel . Absolutely not!
