Gross and disgusting... Room had not been cleaned and they didn't have any other rooms... Splattered food in microwave, dirty sink, tables had dried up sticky stuff, tv screen had streaks from dirty rag that was used to wipe it, bathroom light was missing cover, ironing board was broken, and the list goes in... Not going back.

Never again I have certain expectations when booking hotels. My mini suite was advertised as having a fold out bed in the couch, a working kitchen, and a Continental breakfast in the morning. When we arrived late at night, we found no linens for the fold out bed. Then I discovered that I couldn't get a drink of water because the cabinets were bare of dishes,utensils, or anything that is needed in a kitchen. Booked for king bed and they given me queen bed. Booked for king bed and they given me queen bed. Even they knew I was with 6 months child.

A/C units in all rooms are weak No air flow in the rooms I got moved twice. Realize AC units blow right into the beds I wasn't only person switching rooms, others were doing the same lol come on now Exercise room, 1treadmill, that was nasty filthy, 1 precor that wobbled n nasty build up all over it, recumbent bike 1 Clean it up!! Your not broke, you should be embarrassed staybrigde suites

Gross Our first room was dirty and filled with rotten food in the fridge that smelled. Our second room had black hairs all over the white sheets. Gross. The only redeeming part were the nice shuttle drivers to O'Hare. Will not be staying here again.

Des Plaines/Chicago I didnt like going from one location to the other and back to the first one because they couldn't find my reservation... Also, the place does not offer breakfast. They do have dry snacks but no breakfast as advertised.

Do not stay here and expect a decent breakfast. not enough towels in the rooms , no service ware of any kind in the "kitchenette". no spare blankets or pillows for the pull out bed. very very little free continental breakfast items. oatmeal and hot water....sorry no spoons we ran out... really?
