Loved having a full size fridge to use and also the option to have a pull out to sleep on, but the pull out was dirty and not very comfortable. Also the blankets weren’t very thick and we asked for extra pillows but were never given them. We also asked to have the pull out mattress cleaned (it was dirty underneath it needed to be vacuumed) but that was never done either.

Chicago Trip The changes in amenities between my booking and the stay made me want to change bookings. (airport shuttle, food)

Good hotel for overnight stays

It is affordable but you get what you paid for. Our shower wasn't working properly and night staff acted as if we were a bother when asked for toiletries that were barely in our room.

A lot better than what I expected from 2 stars hotel. It was clean and spacious for the 1 bedroom. It also came with a full kitchen. I honestly can't complain. They also discontinued shuttle service to Ohare Airport since April 15.

perfect for me Stayed here before my flight. The shuttle, locations & grab to go breakfast was the reason i stayed here. The room was big, nice & would stay again
