Mario was wonderful.. Hotel.com never put my hotel reservation through and he took care of it. The remote didn’t work to the tv but everything else was pretty much ok.

Great staff accommodating a lot of grumpy customers with cancelled flights in -41 temperatures! They responded with grace and professionalism... the weather was so cold, some of the heating units malfunctioned (not ours), and they were quick to move guests to working rooms. Very nice shuttle drivers to the airport, and frequent schedules.

SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM AIRPORT, FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES HELPFUL, VERY CLEAN. QUIET, A LEVEL OF RELAXATION WITH ROOM DESIGN NOT FOUND IN MAY BEDROOM SUITES. KITCHEN CLEAN, COFFEE AND SNACKS FOR BREAKFAST. WITH KITCHEN MOST USE THEIR OWN FRIDGE AND FOOD. NICE TO HAVE WASHER DRYER TO USE. I STAYED ONE NIGHT AND RECENTLY TWO NIGHTS WHICH IS SO COMFORTABLE WITH SOFA, LOUNGE CHAIR DESK , A + EX;ERIENCE THERE.
Overall the stay was good. The mattress was too firm for our liking. The microwave needed to be cleaned.

The suite style of room . Staff excellent helpful betyrr yhsn uniterested chains of fast people. They Mario rspecially at front desl very helpfull i eill return the 9th if zfeb for teo nites and look gesrd to No real breakfadt just ceeal bars instant oatmeL. Nut with apartment stule need to have your kitcehn use private. Very pleasing wuiet nack off any freeways but main artery of Touhy Ave you can get anywhere

Room service did their job 1/2 way done. After we checked in we had to go down stairs to ask for pillow cases. The front desk wouldn’t believe me. So I asked him to come see for himself. And front desk NEVER picks up your room calls
