Convenient location Very convenient. The hotel shuttle can take you to Subway station at O'hare and from there you can go to downtown. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are big and confortable. Very reasonable priced.

Room was large, nice to have a fridge, small stain on the comforter though (to be fair, I didn't tell them so they had no chance to correct it)

Mediocre Was supposed to check in early which I confirmed with Hotels.com but the hotel made me wait until 230 to check I after being told I could check-in at 1. Once checked in, I went up to the rooms housekeeping was still cleaning the room. I had to wait even lover for her to finish. The kitchenette had no dishes at all. Overall stay was mediocre.
Hotel is conveniently located close to OHare; its a budget hotel with a kitchenette.
Advertised breakfast is a joke,granola bars, packets of oatmeal and look warm water. Don't count it as being worth anything.

very medioum hotel.... disappointing , 3 days in hotel and the room was never clean, or bed made or use towels collected. Requested extension of 2 hours for chk out, the hotel was rather empty and just allow 1 hour...Continental breakfast very poor.. rugs needs to be clean....
