Close by, convenient, pleasant and clean Easy back and forth to the airport with the shuttle service or by car. Nice, clean, well cared for rooms with a nice size kitchen. Very pleasant environment.

Liked the kitchen. This was an overall good place to stay. I really liked having the kitchen available for my stay so I could cook there and not have to eat out every day. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. There were two things that weren't quite up to standards for the room that I had. One being that the trash from the previous occupants hadn't been removed during the cleaning process and the other that the temperature regulation on the shower didn't work very well. convenient If I were to describe this hotel it would be convenient. Close to Ohare and has a free shuttle to and from hourly starting at 5am-10pm. You can hop on the blue line at the airport and be downtown in about 45 min. Also target and restaurants are less than 5 min from the hotel. Hotel was pretty clean but nothing fancy. We just stayed here because it's affordable for what you get. The mini kitchen is nice to have especially for the price. Spartan 1. No maid service... 2. Smoking all around my room when this is supposed to be a Non Smoking hotel. 3. To be fair, the accommodations were very clean, staff was more than helpful.
Good alternative near the airport Nice option to stay when flights are canceled, be aware that night shift does not have computer access so the next day your room can be booked by someone else too :(

Odd room layout with very little room between bed and bathroom enterence! But overall a good stay, good service, and good quality!
