A little hairy The location and price was the rain I choose this hotel. My flight was canceled, and I was able to stay in a very reasonably priced hotel to get a few hours of sleep. Unfortunately, the room wasn't very clean. The pillows had little black hairs on them, as well as, on the bathroom floor and in the shower.

Conventional kitchenette The price should include daily housekeeping. The air conditioning wasn't in perfect condition either.

Chicago Extended Stay Staff were friendly Love the free shuttle to and from to catch the bus downtown they even picked us up later that evening after we had even checked out. Lots of towels. good size room. No complaints. (Complimentary breakfast wasn't great but it was free so not complaining)

The 2 ladies were very friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay a pleasent stay

Nice No cribs. Elevator didn't work a couple times. Everything else was great

It was an adequate room. It was an adequate room that needs a good paint job. With that being said the bed was comfortable and there is ample room to work on my computer.

Simple, but effective I stayed here on business the week of May 4th, and had no issues what so ever. Room was clean, staff was great, and the overall experience was perfect.
