Nice for the price Really good stay. Clean and comfortable. Smooth check in and check out. Close highway on/off ramp. Close to arena. The Extended Stay Deluxe is behind the Extended Stay America, which was a bit confusing at first but easy to figure out once we asked.

Adequate for road warriors and those needing less Needs refurbishment and overhaul. Dirty carpets, stained, tired, glum furnishings. Reasonable desk folk. Major problem getting on line despite tech person's intervention... scant signal, very slow.

Great hotel for anybody Liked the hotel stay very much except that there should be somebody to attend to the guests after 11.00 PM and before 6.00 AM> I reached the place much earlier than expected and found it difficult to contact the hotel for directions and availability of room for an early check in. Had to wait at the hotel lobby for 2 hours without any guidance from morning 5.00 AM to 7.00 AM

short stay Hotel is what you paid for, I wish they had a Airport Shuttle service after 10 pm.

RUDE STAFF Rooms were nice not real up to date. Not good if you are a light sleeper. Staff is not friendly. I just wanted to inform them of an issue with the room and they came down on me like I wanted a free room. I guess they have a lot of complaints.

Nice Place Our room was clean, comfortable and the cost was appropriate. The staff were professional. There is no pool was my only disappointment.
