Romeoville where art thou Front Desk personnel were super, especially as we had a problem A/C. Very convenient for our needs

Staff was awesome though I had to change rooms because the first one smelled awful and the bathroom door was locked. When I went to call the front desk the phone wasn't working either. Otherwise the second room was better. I just wish they had a handicap room with double beds.

Missing desk clerk Upon checking in there was no clerk at the counter. Waited over 15 minutes until he came from down the hall, disshoveled and shirt inside out and said he had to help a sick friend.
