How it had stove and refrigerator like a small apartment
Friendly people, but the facilities were dated and a bit dingy/dark. My hallway carpet was quite dirty for 2 full days and was not vacuumed in those 2 days. No housekeeping service and I had to go to the front desk for a hair dryer. There are no ice machines and I was told to use the ice trays in my room frig. They were empty, so it would have taken several hours for ice I had to buy ice at a gas station. They have vending machines, so there's no reason they should not have at least one ice machine.
It is very Beautiful and nice just the beds need updating a lot not comfortable at all
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I read reviews about bad smelling rooms so we were worried. As long as we did not run the heat/cool air, the room did not have a bad scent. When we ran the heat/air the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Worked well for us.
Nice customer service That is it I wouldn’t fill out another one.
The room was clean the desk attendant was very helpful and courteous.
