The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. They got me taken care of and settled in quickly, which was great because I was tired from my trip. The room was clean and as described when I made the reservation. The only improvement I would recommend would be to have bigger and firmer pillow. All-in-all, it was a nice stay and would choose again.

Romeoville where art thou Front Desk personnel were super, especially as we had a problem A/C. Very convenient for our needs

Staff was awesome though I had to change rooms because the first one smelled awful and the bathroom door was locked. When I went to call the front desk the phone wasn't working either. Otherwise the second room was better. I just wish they had a handicap room with double beds.
