Sadly ESA quality is going down I don't expect much from Extended Stay, but this didn't meet even that bar. We had room problems and the staff was very nice and helpful, but we were so disappointed we cancelled our plans to stay at another ESA for the following week. This was a safe place to stay and close to the highways.
Kiara was friendly and welcoming when we checked in. She is an asset to the business.
