Thumbs up for Extended Stay- Romeoville il The customer service at this hotel was awesome. Mark the asst.Manager and staff were amazing. Whether we needed directions or info on restaurants ect.they were helpful. We had a great stay.

It was a pleasant stay, but the dresser drawer keep sliding open. Then there was noise in the hallway.

The staff tried to accommodate for the delayed check in by giving us two rooms vs the double room we booked. The rooms smelled like smoke and they were run down.

Just made a quick 1 night stay - booked last minute. The staff was very friendly & attentive. Rooms were average - nothing too fancy, but clean. Bathroom was very clean, but unfortunately we did have an issue with the toilet not flushing properly the morning we were departing. Staff at the front desk seemed to take the issues quite seriously when brought to their attention at check-out. Overall, a good value for the price.

The customer service of the front desk was wonderful. Overall the hotel felt outdated and need remodeling desperately. The bathroom toilet wasn’t properly cleaned nor the mirror. Top cover and blanket on bed didn’t look clean but bed slept good. Also, breakfast needs improving other than package muffins and snack bar. Location was in good distance to my travel destination.
