Dust balls on floor and floors just looked dirty. Bathroom was clean. Carpets in hallways should be replaced. Old and dirty looking.

Not sure if they were short staffed during our stay, but had to ask for items for the room, such as clean towels and dishes several times. I asked for these items early that morning, and did not receive them until later in the evening after the shift change, the person that checked us in did not ask for a current information nor did she give us a car sticker so that we could be parked on the property. Did not receive this until the night came in.
