Had reserved a room with AARP-Expedia. When we arrived at 11pm, there was no room available -- they did not have any cleaning staff at work that day to clean the rooms. Manager tried to find a room for me in a different Extended Stay hotel, then walked his own hotel and was able to find me one last room. A business man who had a permanent room there said the owner of this hotel actually owns 3 in the area. If you have the money to own 3 hotels, you have the money to pay the cleaning staff better. No breakfast even after they say its available. There is weed smell all over and people smoking weed in rooms. No public transport nearby. Towels and toiletries were not provided we have to go to reception to get it. Staff not friendly or helpful. Unclean unhealthy and unsafe for kids.

Stay away Very bad room smells very bad, roaches in rooms and staff not friendly not breakfast. Don't stay here at all.

Smelly room The hotel was kind of dirty and had a funky smell like old cigarette and bad B O the room was really large had a refrigerator that had old spoiled food in it and it really did not work we had a bowl of fruit that we put in the refrigerator on Friday night and by Sunday morning it had gone bad the workers were nice and pleasant but I would probably never stay in an extended stay again

This place sucks!!! First of all, our room had no phone in the room. Both of the lights in between the beds did not work. One lamp had no lightbulb in it. The other had a lightbulb just never worked. Both of the plug ins worked, but the lights did not. Our fridge never got cold. Our freezer only got sort of cold. Both settings were on coldest setting. My food got rotten, and had to be thrown away!! Money wasted. I will say, after I complained enough, they did give me a full refund. Some of the staff were rude and not helpful... read more

I like that it was close and convenient to where i needed to be. Stayed for only one night. I didn't like that they don't tell you there is a deposit needed when checking in but expedia says some do. I don't like how dirty the entire place was. Everything is outdated. I think the only thing in the room that was clean was the bed made. A family was walking around the parking lot looking in and around cars. Im glad i just basically needed a place to sleep because i will not go back there

There were cockroaches in one of the rooms, and the sheets smelled like cigarettes. Doesn’t seem like they clean the room throughly
