Disappointed The price was nice, so we took a risk. Definitely not the quality of hotel that we are used to. Seems a bit rundown.
Awful experience Property dirty inside and out. Was told there would be a shuttle for airport. No shuttle. Front desk was left unattended several times. Long lines other times. Clerk was in no hurry to help customers. Will not ever stay again.
Long wait on coffee Room was clean enough. However don't be fooled by the offer of free breakfast. It's granola bars and instant oatmeal. Literally half of the time we had to wait on the coffee to be brewed.
While booking i booked for a room with 2 full beds but i was given a room with single bed saying its an upgraded one. But there was no difference. For those 2 nights my wife and son slept on bed and myself on floor. Its one of the worst experiences i got in USA. Will never recommend any one nor i will take extended stay america in future.
