Staff were nice. The property is a bit tired and all of the cooking smells from other rooms travel to other rooms. Towels and sheets are dingy to the point that it isn’t clear that they’ve been washed in between guests. Bed is uncomfortable. The location is convenient.

I was hesitant to stay here with all the negative reviews. But I had a different experience. The front desk lady was awesome, great customer service. She explained what I was being charged for and what amenities they offered. I had a single Queen room, It also had a Cute little kitchenette. For the price, you can't really complain. Outside was clean, inside was clean. Great location. 10 mins from the woodfield mall. They only negative things i can say is the room was a little outdated.
