The internet service was sporadic and no one seemed to be able to do anything about it. The front desk would give out a phone number for ESA which was NEVER answered and if you left a phone number for a call back you NEVER got a return call. The front desk staff never seemed to know what was going on and during a internet outage they just hung up when you called them no answer, just a hang up. I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed with our kids and we didn’t feel comfortable staying there. It was very disappointing. The smell in the room and the halls was very bad.

Horrible. Didn’t even spend the night because it was so dirty but hotel refused to refund my stay. No enforcement of mask wearing and the place was super dirty. Filled with vagrants and a rough crowd-did not feel safe at all.

The workers seem to not give out privacy. Everyone knows checkout is at 11 and for someone to knock on my door asking

no hot water...wasn't even given a partial credit for the room...have to pay extra for strong Internet
