There is no breakfast, cleaning the rooms once a week, the towels are not clean and I could not sleep well because of the noise from the workers starting at five in the morning

Some jerk walking around at 3 or 4am with a walkie-talkie cranked at full volume, I lost the last 4 or 5 hours of sleep due to this. Nothing done about it. Thanks a lot. Nothing like paying for a room to get some rest, then losing half your rest and waking up to the absolute minimum in breakfast. There are more economical hotels that have better breakfast, and I'll be choosing one of those next time instead. Very disappointing. Never staying here again.

Hotel needs an update. Front desk was not staffed on arrival. Long delay to get service. Hotel and room did not smell good. Many items in room broken or breaking.

Crack town Not what I expected. No coffee maker and kitchen items in room. No ironing board or in room safe as stated in description. Hallways looked as if they had a vacuuming issue.

Barely acceptable. OK for an overnight stay but this property is in dire need of updating.

You only get one 1st impression. Upon arriving the garbage right in front of the main entrance to the hotel was overflowing with garbage. So much so that there was no room for the trash I wanted to toss in there. Then the appearance of ALL the staff is very Unprofessional. Staff lack people skills. I was very disappointed with this hotel. I assumed it would be an above average hotel considering its located extremely close to the Old Orchard Mall..Boi was I surprised.
