Smelled bad in the room. The first room I had was so bad my eyes rested up. The front desk staff eagerly gave me another room which was better but the bathroom smelled like a smoking lounge.

Disappointing stay. Lobby was in need of sweeping the floor, no attendant on duty at 6 am to put out the offered coffee in the advertising. Broken stove only one burner worked. Refrigerator was turned off or not functioning.

Paid fully money for two rooms and got confirmation. But front desk told there was not rooms available and overbooked

Every inch of the property was dirty, elevator, hallways, room - you name it. The entire place including the room smelled like someone just smoked.

On Wednesday, July 17, 2019 my United Airline flight from San Francisco to Newark was diverted to Chicago’s O’Hare airport and passengers were told the flight would resume the next day.
