The room smelled horribly of cigarettes smoke, especially when the bathroom light/vent was turned on. It smelled as if someone was smoking in the room with you. I tried to open the windows, but they didn't open. Each of the two nights we arrived back late and didn't ask to switch rooms due to the late hour. Nothing . The room was dirty. The facility was dirty and smelled. Several other people checking in complained of the same.

My experience was horrible! I got into town went to my hotel and was told they don't have any clean rooms.

Dirty lobby. Interior of the room was cleaner, but I think I saw a mouse dropping. You have to ask for kitchenware and they weren't too clean. Also no wine opener.

Just a lot of annoyances all at the same time. Took 20 minutes to check in due to a problem with their process. I have stayed there several times prior without this problem. They gave me the wrong keycard to the room and I had to drag my luggage back down to the front desk to get it fixed. No drinking cups in the room. Tried to call front desk after 20 minutes on hold just gave up and took my medicine drinking from my hands. Like I said just a lot of little things to annoy you after a long day of traveling.
