Dave in Skokie Basic room, but shower was very good and the room was quiet.

I've always liked to stay ar Extended Stay. It is nice to have a kirchen in the room to make your own food. Eating out can be expensive.

clean comfortable no frills hotel The quality of this hotel had gone down some in recent years. It was clean quiet and inexpensive. There is coffee,muffins and granola bars in the lobby- but no breakfast room. The clerk seemed very distracted when we checked in. Housekeeping was there, a guest had a question. A man was checking in in front of us and the phone was ringing!

Location was perfect for me. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only difficulty was that there was no luggage cart to use when we were checking out.

Staff were excellent; helped clear up a billing issue cheerfully and favorably. Lobby area was dingy and offputting to the point of creepy. Room was large and clean. “Breakfast” is misleading though staff on site told us upon arrival it was granola bars, basically. Price was very reasonable; good location for us near Evanston and Old Orchard shopping.
