Great stay, great quick attentive staff, only wish there was a pool and/or gym.

The experience was okay. Simple, not impressive. The employees were friendly. The room I booked for our party of 3 was not available so we had to split up between two rooms. This was okay, but not convenient since we were sharing toiletries, etc. Some of the clientele were questionable - okay to smoke right outside the main doors as others were walking in (terrible for non-smokers). No coffee maker in rooms and "Grab N Go" breakfast was Granola bars. Coffee in lobby was like tar. Not a bad hotel, but don't have high expectat... read more

We were expecting to stay at the Ronald McDonald House because my son is receiving medical treatments at the children’s hospital. There weren’t any rooms available so it was either drive home then return to Chicago at 5:00 am or get a hotel. We are grateful for the price point of your rooms.
