Overall everything was pretty good, only problem was no one notified me prior to booking that I had to be 21 to check in. Could’ve caused major problems

During the six days of my stay we did not have housekeeping in our room. Personel was friendly but hotel policies do not allow to have our room provided with towels, paper, etc. But they were supplied under request.

The hotel staff didn't properly greet guest and were heard talking about guest when they left the counter. They were not prepared to accept early arrivals, not even 15 minutes early and seemed visibly annoyed with any question. The room was basic and outdated.

Chicago town stay Excellent stay for three days here. Close to mall, where you can get a bus to the L station. Nice clean rooms with kitchenette. Easy access off I94

Small lobby area. Breakfast was "grab & go," so just a quick granola bar or muffin; not impressive. However, the hotel satisfied our needs, for a short one-night stay.
