Hotel staff was exceptionally nice. Easy commute into Chicago and very reasonably priced. We left something behind and they were extremely accommodation. They are currently shipping our item back to us. I would definetly stay there again.

Family trip Service and room were great no issues. They called asking to to change my room to assist another family. I thought that was great going out of their way to help in whatever way they could.
