The area and location is great. However, no clean towels, limited to no breakfast, rooms will not be serviced daily- all these make me never to book in an extended stay location again

Kitchen has only a fridge/microwave and nothing else. Breakfast is muffins and coffee.

The price was great, room was clean and the hotel was quiet so we could sleep. This hotel is set back from Milwaukee Ave so you don't hear as much road noise. Breakfast was just coffee, tea, muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal.

Dated property and furnishings. Inexperienced staff. Adequate at best.

They pretend to have breakfast on Expedia, or even continental breakfast, not at all. Only grab and go... couple muffins, cofee and crackers .... Plus there is no daily cleaning of the room. If I wanted some, I would have paid extra. Also they provide a small kitchen in the room but not plates, cups, glasses or utensils... nothing. You can ask at the desk...

My only complaint about this location was the no smoking policy. Other than that, it was a great stay.
