The employee at the front deck for check-in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and it was nice looking.

This was the second time I've stayed here. The first time was great but this time not so much. They did not have all the kitchen supplies I needed. The front desk staff on check-in was awesome, there were two guys and I'm sorry I didn't catch their names however the rest of the front desk staff seemed uninterested in trying to make any accommodations.

Hockey weekend Hotel was nicely updated, but needs a good cleaning. Wow inspecting the beds we Found garbage under the beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic.

Nothing particularly unique except my room was close to an exterior door, which made moving luggage very easy. The one very small con was the access key which failed to open the door until repeated attempts. This is not unusual for this type of "key".
