Candid Camera It began ok but when we tried to enter our room the keys did not work; took us over an hour to get someone to come unlock the door(new years eve). Turned on the heater and white stuff flew out of it. No shower curtain; tracked someone down to get one myself. Offered one night free and then we were not happy with that they upgraded us to a suite and gave us three nights free. (it took some doing) The sstaff was very nice; wasn't there fault exactly. Cheap but smelly The staff was helpful, but I should have asked for a different room. Mine was quite smelly, but I suspected that the others were also (extended stay residents) so I opened the window and turned on the fan!

Needs Lots of Improvement Had yellow stained sheets. Had to go to front desk to get towels. Didn't have any tissue, ran out. Nobody ever came into the room to vacuum or anything. Coffee and donuts were coffee only by 8:15am. Would not go back!

Bathroom was disgusting! There is no bathroom available in the lobby. So after a long drive, I had to ask, and the staff let me use theirs. But still there shuld be one in the lobby area. When I checked in, I was tired, got my key, went to the room and unpacked. When I went to use the bathroom ... yuck! But since I has tired and had just unpacked, I did not ask for a new room.
