ANT infestationBon-choose another hotel. I stayed at this Extended Stay America Hotel in March and April, 2012. I found the staff to be fantastic, especially the manager and one of the desk clerks. Unfortunately, the choices of television channels is quite lacking. They have a few Sports channels and a few News channels, which are all covering the same thing. You can do better When I checked in, I had to return to the front desk for towels, and some other things. You are provided a coffee maker, but need to ask for new prepackaged coffee daily. There were burn holes in the blankets, which is interesting in a non-smoking hotel. In two locations; one our room, the other the third floor hall, it looked like a hot pan had melted the carpet. DISAPPOINTED I HAD BOOKED FOR FOUR NIGHTS BUT AFTER ONE NIGHT I CANCELLED THE LAST THREE NIGHTS AND STAYED AT HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS FOR A LITTLE BIT MORE MONEY BUT MUCH BETTER ATMOSPHERE AND MORNING BREAKFAST AND HAPPY HOUR SNACKS/DRINKS

Candid Camera It began ok but when we tried to enter our room the keys did not work; took us over an hour to get someone to come unlock the door(new years eve). Turned on the heater and white stuff flew out of it. No shower curtain; tracked someone down to get one myself. Offered one night free and then we were not happy with that they upgraded us to a suite and gave us three nights free. (it took some doing) The sstaff was very nice; wasn't there fault exactly. Cheap but smelly The staff was helpful, but I should have asked for a different room. Mine was quite smelly, but I suspected that the others were also (extended stay residents) so I opened the window and turned on the fan!

Needs Lots of Improvement Had yellow stained sheets. Had to go to front desk to get towels. Didn't have any tissue, ran out. Nobody ever came into the room to vacuum or anything. Coffee and donuts were coffee only by 8:15am. Would not go back!

Bathroom was disgusting! There is no bathroom available in the lobby. So after a long drive, I had to ask, and the staff let me use theirs. But still there shuld be one in the lobby area. When I checked in, I was tired, got my key, went to the room and unpacked. When I went to use the bathroom ... yuck! But since I has tired and had just unpacked, I did not ask for a new room.
