Rooms were adequate but breakfast was ridiculous The rooms were fine. Nothing extraordinary, but we simply needed a room that was comfortable, which it was. However, we had searched on Hotels.com looking for a hotel that had a free breakfast. Their idea of a free breakfast was a very small table by the exit in the lobby that had prepackaged muffins and breakfast bars. Not quite what we were looking for.

Overnight stay It was okay. The only issue was late arrival....after 11:00 pm...no body at the front desk to let me in. I had to ask a person staying at the hotel...who was smoking to let me in. Not a good image

Disappointed Got to my room had no pillow, sheets bed wasn't done and had to go buy my own since their was no one at the front desk to ask for some

Not a Place to Revisit If you'd like to stay in a hotel that has convenient pre-burned holes in the bed linens and carpet, and the utmost in room decor - including, but not limited to, non-functioning TV remotes and a plastic grocery bag covering the smoke detector - then this is the hotel for you. ANT infestationBon-choose another hotel. I stayed at this Extended Stay America Hotel in March and April, 2012. I found the staff to be fantastic, especially the manager and one of the desk clerks. Unfortunately, the choices of television channels is quite lacking. They have a few Sports channels and a few News channels, which are all covering the same thing. The Showtime movie channels have series that play over and over, so there aren't many movies offered. There is only one kids' channel, which is Cartoon Network. If you ... read more

You can do better When I checked in, I had to return to the front desk for towels, and some other things. You are provided a coffee maker, but need to ask for new prepackaged coffee daily. There were burn holes in the blankets, which is interesting in a non-smoking hotel. In two locations; one our room, the other the third floor hall, it looked like a hot pan had melted the carpet. DISAPPOINTED I HAD BOOKED FOR FOUR NIGHTS BUT AFTER ONE NIGHT I CANCELLED THE LAST THREE NIGHTS AND STAYED AT HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS FOR A LITTLE BIT MORE MONEY BUT MUCH BETTER ATMOSPHERE AND MORNING BREAKFAST AND HAPPY HOUR SNACKS/DRINKS

Horrible experience
