Disappointed On arrival there was no one at the front desk. After a lengthy wait a member of hotel staff finally turned up without any apology or a welcoming smile. The corridor and the reception area reeked of the most disgusting cooking smells - very uninviting. Checkout was not happy occasion either. Different staff, but just as officious and unfriendly. It has put me off this group of hotels forever.

Not clean and unpleasant odors. Our room was not very clean. There was pet hair covering the desk chair that also serves as the kitchenette chair. There was pet food left on the floor. Sheets were stained. Be warned if you are traveling with children that late night Showtime is not blocked. We checked in later than my daughter would normally watch TV. We were scanning TV channels to watch as we unpacked. What my daughter briefly saw on TV was way beyond inappropriate. I have never had to worry about that at other hotels. The... read more

Not suggested to stay It was a horrible experience. The room smells bad. No proper sewage facility, water got stuck.Its terrible experience.

ok very uncomfortable bed and pillows. toilet did not function properly and quit working by time we left altogether. we had already switched rooms once. on the plus side, Scott at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
