Poor service Poor service. No breakfast available at least 30 mins before the published time. Poor quality of towels and some of them even have stains.

Needs new management You get what you pay for at this hotel. Group of 4-5 men hanging around the entrance smoking. Go around the building to use the other entrance and the card reader didn't work. Had to lug our belongings around to the front entrance. Empty beer cans under the bed in one of the rooms. Bed sheets were stained - clean but stained. Why would you put stained bedding on a bed? Upon leaving in the morning the exit door had beer cans, bottles and dozens of cigarette butts laying around. Not clean and will not stay... read more

Great Stay for the Price Stayed here just for a few days while traveling and it was a very comfortable hotel with very reasonable prices. I would have liked a few more amenities but it was great for how much I paid.

Extended Stay Experience The hotel says they have breakfast included, but the reality is (it's to go breakfast they say) they have a door side rack where in small crate few aged and not so fresh apples, few snack bars, few oat meal packets. Not any Styrofoam bowls to mix oatmeal etc., you have to mix it in a coffee cup. The rooms are serviced only once a week and not everyday. there are other tiny issues.

Not ready I arrived at the hotel at midnight after traveling all day from Atlanta, checked in quickly, and went to my room. When I opened the door the room appeared as it likely had after the previous guest checked out. Trash overflowing, dirty sheets piled on the floor, towels on the bathroom floor, dishes in sink, and parts of the sink vanity laying on counter. My boyfriend and I checked in a little after 9p.m and our room (122) was horrible... When we first walked into the room the coffee pots and towels were dirty and used on top of the counter. Then we noticed the bed looked like someone was recently laying on the pillows. Then I checked the bathroom and the complimentary soap was open and sitting in the sink. this must be how Fred Flinstone felt Without a doubt the hardest, most uncomfortable mattress ever. And the next morning the clerk said my room had one of the new mattresses then admitted others had complained. Very limited cable channel, could not get any of the sports playoff games manual checkout, no bill under the door. Unless I see the property and rooms first, will never book another ExtendedStay hotel. Area was great.
