BEWARE! Horrible conditions of hotel. Had an aroma of "curry" during the entire stay. Rooms not at all clean and safety was of a concern. The fact that we were told the rooms were furnished meant nothing once we got there. You had to go down to the front desk and "check out" kitchen supplies, kitchen towels, soap, etc. For that matter, you had to go to the front desk to ask for bathing towels. Room smelled Hotel reservation requested two double beds and the room only had one bed. I had to sleep on the couch. Also, the room had a musty smell.
They do clean the room for short stays. Limiting any good reports from me. Badly outdated room decor appeared to be dirty as well.
Very unhappy I paid for the room through Hotels.com yet they tried to charge me again. No shampoo or conditioner in the room. And the next day I went to check out and they tried charging me again. Then the next day I get a phone call saying my card was declined and I need to call asap to pay for this room. I feel I'm being harassed. I gave 2 different employees my confirmation number they even wrote it down. Yet I'm getting these calls. So unprofessional!

Not a good deal After confirming our reservation we arrived to no rooms and quite a mess. Including being given a room already assigned to someone else

Pathetic service. NOT RECOMMENDED staff was polite but of no use. Not a single service provided by staff. Everything I had to do like picking my luggage, kitchen stuff, garbage. No room service for a week!!!! Not at all worth you are paying. Motels have much more good service than them. Not at all recommend. Never ever going to this hotel.

I booked and paid for my one night stay on Hotels.com. I was charged twice. There was hardly no food at the breakfast time.
