I reserved a two bed room I was given a one bed room I could not use it I had to be transferred to a different location
No room at the Inn Worst night I have ever experienced while traveling. Weather caused major problems arriving into Chicago. Booked this room using mobile app out of desparation. Had a confirmation number in hand. Paid $80 for a cab ride from O'Hare to this hotel only to be told there were no rooms. This was after midnight mind you. Hotel visit We were put in a room that the toilet and the heater didn't work. We were moved to another room where things did work. The hotel staff appeared to be not as experienced as I expected. The room design was okay, but not veery efficient, and the size of the bed was too samll for two people.
Good location, nice in the outside The room looked worn down, carpet dirty, it had a smell of baby diaper. Management was not available at night. The next day, management again went missing, until "Beth" the manager showed up at three. Then it was a hassle reaching her. Will not be using this chain again. They do not care about customer retention.
The room wAs completely run down the toilets didn't flush would never use kutchen
Fine Location The room with davenport bed would not open up. They did not have a roll away bed. They switched me to another room that had a fowl odor!

Sketchy Nefarious people hanging out in the lobby that don't appear to be staying there but simply are flirting with the receptionist? Yes. Lots of extra hair from previous guest(s) left over in the shower? Yes. Didn't bother actually putting the toilet paper on the holder? Yes. Loud music in the middle of the night? You bet. Continental Breakfast that was said to be provided? NOPE. Unless all you have for breakfast is coffee. Bottom line?
